This is a fantastic company.  I was truly impressed by the care and concern of my situation.  We had our basement flood and needed quick assistance.  For one, Valley Plumbing was happy to drive out to Stockton UT vs. other companies who would not drive out here.  My appointment was moved up sooner from the original scheduled time/day to that same day, and the work was competitively priced with flat fees vs. hidden costs or hourly fees.  The work was completed the next day and the basement is dry.
I wanted AL to come out because all the reviews were about AL, but he is book.  However, the three plumbing professionals were exactly that.  Quality work for a fair price.  Was not even charged a trip fee or extra for being out in the middle of nowhere.  Would recommend this company above all others.  They drove same day out to my home in Stockton, UT for a free estimate.  Talk about your neighborly company that cares about helping a person in need at a more than fair price with quality work in a timely manner.  You should call Valley Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Valley Plumbing was a great company to work with. They kept me informed throughout, from the time I made the appointment, to the time their plumber arrived. They even called me when an opening was available a bit earlier; I appreciate that level of customer service. Larry, the plumber who fixed the leak, was extremely professional. He was on time, polite and clean. He accessed the issue, then explained the situation and we discussed price; that's what I paid. No hidden charges. Although his schedule is packed with other clients, he never portrayed that in the job. When I asked questions, he gladly answered. He ensured that I was completely satisfied prior to leaving, which I was. Also, he picked- up and cleaned,  ensuring when he left, there was no visible signs anyone had been there working.

I'm glad I chose Valley Plumbing; I will continue to utilize them for any future plumbing repairs or installs.

Got a water heater installed through Valley Plumbing. In addition to Valley, I got 2 other bids for the job. The other two companies aggressively pushed a tankless water heater, which costs thousands of dollars more than the tank version. Eddie didn't push me. He simply asked what I wanted and gave me what I consider to be a fair quote. Eddie also went out of his way to procure a water heater with very specific size dimensions (this was necessary due to our small utility closet). The install went off without a hitch. All in all a very positive experience.

I called on Friday afternoon. Lenna got me set up with appointment on Monday morning and let me know when Ron was on his way. Ron came out and did a great job.  He let me know what services did not need to be done and how I could better maintain my outside faucets. He knew exactly what the problem was inside and got it resolved quickly. Overall it was a great experience.

When the first serviceman came out to give me a bid he said he would be able to do things that he didn't put in the bid. When Larry and Christian came out they were not aware of some of the things that needed to be done. They called the office and they were able to work with me to get the job done. Larry and Christian were fantastic and got the project completed quickly. I will call and ask for them again if needed.
