Shan was helpful in working a deal.  He was professional throughout the entire process. I was overseas when I purchased the car but and he was able to handle everything by phone and email.  Although I was happy with the professionalism during the sale, I was very disappointed with the information and service provided when I picked up the car.  One of the representatives I had been dealing with decided not to show up the day I came by and I believe it was because representatives at PARS were dishonest about what they were selling.  The pictures and listed information did not match the actual condition of the car.  When I arrived there was a nine inch crack across the windshield, a large nail in one of the tires, and most of the tires had no treads.  The reps at PARS said there were no problems with the vehicle but there was at least $5,000-$8,000 worth of repairs that needed to be done.  Also, the airbag had been removed from the passengers side of the car.  I asked multiple times about any deficiencies with the vehicle to be told each time that it was fine.  As a Servicemember and frequent traveler, I am very disappointed with the overall service of PARS in Stone Mountain.  IF you choose to purchase from this location, I would highly recommend making sure you get the CARFAX for the car you're looking to purchase and also have a dealer or mechanic look at it as well.

I got a below-market deal with good, fair negotiating. No tricks. In fact, when I discovered a mistake in my contract, Sean corrected it immediately without argument. Sean does his best to give the customer good service. I literally took him out of the Mercedes-Benz SL roadster he was driving and planning to use for a romantic evening with the dropped top. I bought it, dropped the top and took my wife for the romantic evening. However, the real secret to getting a deal done is Ms. Bennie!  Beauty with brains! She can get you financed regardless of your situation (or lack of a situation). By the way, nobody offered or gave me anything for this review. I didn’t even get around to writing it until a month after I bought the car. I wanted to make certain there were no hidden flaws or immediate expensive repairs looming.

Tony was very nice and patient. Very helpful with working with my son and a down payment issue. Not pushy. Very accommodating. Straight forward with prices. I've been dealing with dealerships for a long time. This experience was non stressful
