We was so satisfied with the salesman, Rob, at the Stone Mountain GA location. He was excellent. Then Me. B was a gem. We loved the car......ive had it 48 hrs and I've had to get 5 jumps cause it won't start, car lot tells me to call service center and they'll take care of it, they're closed til Monday and my husband and I both have to work this weekend so now what are we going to do? I really wanted to give them the 5 stars that I  thought they deserved til this evening when Rob couldn't do anything to help me and was too worried about smoking to even go inside and ask his boss what to do to help the new, upset, crying, customer in the parking lot. 
Whoever reads these reviews for U.S. Auto and provides the feedback to the public, do not tell me to call you!!!!!! If you want to help them you call me and make an effort

I've been doing business with this horrible company for years!!! I have nothing but a negative experience. My first vehicle with US Auto was a defective starter. I took the car in several times to service with the same issue and they claimed they could not find anything wrong. The final draw was when my car would not start for 20 minutes... Finally the car started, and I went directly to the service department, turned the car off and turned it back on the engine blew! They traded me in another car with a higher payment. US Auto claims that they have a 22 point inspection on all of their cars. 30 days after I obtained the vehicle the brakes began to fail and the tires were bad. Costing me 1,000 + in repairs on a vehicle that I just purchased! They do not disclose they put a GPS and engine disable kits on all of the cars until closing! These people will put you in a upside down loan making it impossible to trade the car in with them or any where else. These people do not care about their customers... All the want is your money and they do not care about you and your car needs at all! Trust me I have bad nothing but a bad experience from day one and counting... STAY AWAY from US AUTO sales, or get ripped off!!!!!!!

Worst experience ever, never do business with this company,  poor customer service,  shady business,  very disappointed,  feel as though I have been violated,  never ever do business here, car broke down first day wish I could give no stars

It was AWESOME!!!! Their customer service was impeccable. They really work with you and treat you like family. I would recommend them to anyone.
