Waited 40 minutes for a notary banker with a 2 year old. My daughter then needed to use the restroom I was then told to leave because there's no public restroom. I asked if I could get my spot back they then refuse . I ask for a manager and supposedly there isn't one on duty. I will be closing my chase account for this incompetence every time I come.

DO NOT GO HERE! Every other Chase Bank location I have ever been to has always been high ranking on my customer service list. I have always felt like an important customer of theirs except at this location. Never in my 9 years of banking with Chase have I ever felt ignored, neglected, and unappreciated as a client. I recently came in to open a new account, after being an existing customer, I waited for nearly an hour along with the 2 people ahead of me and 2 after me (all without appointments) and they finally told me they could not help me but proceeded to help all the other individuals on the list despite my coming in before them and waiting for an hour for assistance. I was appalled. I went to a different Chase off 64th and Sheridan Blvd and they, without hesitation, helped me and apologized for this Chase location's behavior.

The service here is less than deplorable. I came in at 445 pm to open another account here. At 525 someone finally looked at the sign in sheet and said no one could help us today. That would have been useful information a long time before. I've had bad experiences here before, today was the last straw for us. Don't use this chase location.
