Customer service are very rude now I know why I cancel the account with them try to cash the check that belongs to them they charge you the fee it's fine but they get an attitude cuz you left them. I kept telling her give me $100 dollar bills and I'm paying your fee separate she kept saying no we take it out from this check I said no here's your $7.50 and don't give me change all I wanted was $1,000 in hundred-dollar bills and she want to give me change.. and only one lady does that to me every month the rest are all pretty cool.. I never have this problem with the other girls there, only with this older lady there.

The absolute worst service i have ever seen. Don't go there.

Was told when I signed up that they handle everything there even the night Dropbox. Nope it's ran by a third party and they only pick up once a week. Also they cannot access it at all. So if you deposit thru there your screwed cause they have no set schedule to pick it up. Closing accounts with them asap!
