Receptionists are rude. They dont get your initial encounter correct and have to schedule more apppintments than necessary. There is one NP that cant seem to call in the correct perscription. People need trained more thorough and the attitudes need to be taken care of.

I absolutely love this doctors office! Everyone is so friendly!  And they really do have my back and is taking great care of me!! I've never had a Dr's office so concerned about me! So glad I chose to go here!! Thank you for being so caring!

Horrible. Both receptionist have horrible attitudes and very unprofessional! Made it on time to my app got signed in by 8 mins after cuz I was behind someone and Sheila mcintire came into the waiting area disrespecting me and yelling at me embarrassing me infront if other patients for "being late" even tho I wasn't really I just had to wait to clock in. I called and reported her and their boss Kim and medicaid and kim lets them get away with the disrespect. My daughter started getting sick and couldn't breath I had asked for a puke bag and wasn't given any she had to Puke out side or in the trash can and I was gripped at for that. Then I get a letter not even a week later saying I embarrassed her receptionest and she had "handled her receptionist" (which she only talked to her) but she was kicking me and my four kids (who had nothing to do with it)  out of the practice and i couldn't be seen in any of their practices because I embarrassed the one receptionist by making a report and they didn't want hostile attitudes between us. So my 2 kids who had apps this week because (one who has had. Horrible case of   Pneumonia And a double ear infection and a respoitory infection and the other who has a severe stomach virus and cannot hole anything down who is 9 months) cannot be seen this week and they won't fill my anxiety Meds. Bar none this chain of offices are horrible. There are a few great nurses in there and I love doc main and  Natalie out of Paoli but they have horrible management and even worse receptionist at  all of the places that are rude and hateful to ppl. My next step is a lawyer I advise no one to use these doctors office doctor Lopez  in Paoli, or estill in Corydon are much better. If I could post with out giving them a star at all I would
