In comparison with Manhattan Motor Cars, service department, these guys are golden, all I heard was: as soon as possible,  right away, we'll do our best; unfortunately the same cannot be said for MMC dealer/service

This review is for the building on the left in the picture, not the right side.  There is nowhere I see to choose the building on the left but they use the Rolls Royce building on the right for accepting your payment.  They must be associated.

I just purchased a 2012 Audi S4 with 27,400 miles from Paul Miller Select.  1 week later of driving to and from work, about 25 minutes each way.. there is a large amount of oil sitting in my driveway.  *The car fax was clean*  I went to pop the hood and the latch is jammed.  Thankfully there is a display on the Nav screen that shows the oil level, which I included the photo to this review.

I see now that their service department is only open 8AM - 5PM, which is the exact hours I work.  

I will update once I see if they provide me with a loaner car, how quick the service is, if I have to pay anything out of pocket with the first week of ownership, etc.  

The manager Paul asked us to write a review on Google, so here it is.

----------------------------Update 5/6/2016

I picked my car up the next day.  They told me the oil cap seal wasnt sealing or was cracked.  They told me it was a 15 dollar part and I did not have to pay.  I asked if they could top off my oil and they did.

So far so good after a few days.  I've added 3 stars at this point.  

I will keep this review up to date until my 4 year / 75000 mile warranty is up.

----------------------------Update 9/22/2016
My car is losing oil still.. I checked again yesterday and its back at the same oil level it was the first post.. below half.  

I dont know if this dealer used the right oil, but if there is nothing wrong with the car then they must have used the wrong oil..  I topped it off myself with 5w40 Audi / VW Select from ECS tuning which has the recommended properties for this car.  I am going to see if the losing oil issue improves.  

If not I am going to contact the dealer again about this as it is becoming frustrating.  I am also going to have to change the oil way before I am supposed to so I can make sure the right oil is used throughout the whole motor and not some mixed random crap.
