Fair prices and very nice cars. I bought a Chevy Cruze that looks amazing. I like how they had the car serviced and ready (which it turns out is not the way a lot of dealers offer cars to customers) for me to be able to leave with it that day. I worked with Steve and he was extremely knowledgeable about the car and made buying easy.

I had a wonderful experience! Everyone I spoke with and emailed was extremely informed and provided precise info and/or was very fast to pass me along to the most appropriate person to answer. The speed of follow-up was refreshing. I asked Angelo and Peter to go above & beyond the norm. I would (and have) raved about my experience and would gladly recommend Zoom Autos. They managed to bring the often lost human factor into the indifferent world of online shopping while maintaining the efficiency. Will see you guys for my next one!

They CHEATED ME OFF my car. They took away my car. I went to them to help sell-off my car, on consignment basis. Later, I changed my intent and requested them to give my car back to me. Instead, of returning the car, they sold my car without my consent. I had never authorized them to take any decision, on my behalf, regarding the sale of my car without my consent. When I questioned and refused to give the title and requested to cancel the deal and get back my car, they indicated that the Buyer is not willing to return the car and that the buyer has already made repairs to the car. Moreover, they threatened me of law-suit if I don't hand over the title. 

Tell me, which buyer, in this world, will make repairs to the car even before finalizing the deal (paying for the car, getting the title, signing the documents etc.) - Who is this buyer, I would like to meet him.

I have a strong feeling, that they have kept the car for their own use or for whatever purposes, where they knew that can get more money out of the car (and paying me less amount). They also said that I will not get the car back even if I filed a law-suit because buyer will not give the car back. This leads me to believe that they might have already done something to the car (sold in auction, sold the parts, damaged the car for insurance claims etc.) for their profit, without my consent.

My car was in excellent condition and its a big loss to me (both emotionally and monetarily). All I needed was my car back which they possessed in an unfair way by threatening me of law-suit and paying me less price for the car. This was a very very UNFAIR practice on their part. 

I know they played games here so that they can possess the car for their profit. I know this because they gave me round-about responses to my simple/straight forward questions, played 'good cop bad cop' (among the 2 salesperson) and threatened me of law-suit.

I went in to check out the car I wanted on a thursday and Allen was very helpful in giving me the information I needed for the car I wanted. Did all the paperworks on a friday and got my dream car by Saturday. Customer service was really great and answered every inquiry I have after I got the car. I would highly recommend this guys to everyone.

Thank you thank you thank you!!! The guys, Peter, Angelo, and Allen we're amazing. They went the extra distance to make sure our purchase went smoothly and was a great experience getting my first car. My dad used to be in the business and we blew out of several stores because of their lies, hidden fees, and awful cars. My dad knows all the tricks and after visiting a bunch of stores he said these were the only honest guys we came across. Will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new car.
