Paul Miller are tough negotiators so wasn't able to get them down much on the advertised price.  But had a really good experience with Howard, my salesman, who took care of things and delivered a beautifully prepped used car.  He walked me through controls and features and would have stayed as long as I wanted. The Closer proposed the usual extra coverage policies but was not irritatingly persistent.  All in all, a sharp dealership to work with.

Pam Zabitz, the Audi lady, was wonderful throughout the whole process. She was extremely responsive and provided timely information and offers. She was patient and was not trying to pull anything over on me. While I did not end up buying a car from Paul Miller Audi, I wish I had, as I was treated well (although I had same offer on car from Dealership that was much closer). It is clear that Pam has been doing this a long time and I highly recommend her and the Paul Miller Audi Dealership.

We went to another Audi dealer first, close to where we live. People working there were snooty, very unpleasant, not willing even to talk about the car we were interested in. We were not there long, I even gave up on Audi. But few weeks later we visited Paul Miller Audi and what a difference that was. Customer service is exceptional, if you are not helped right away, at least there is someone letting you know that there will be someone with you shortly. They listen to your preferences and will not try to sell you something that you will not be happy with or what you did not come for. They offer good advise as well. Patiently answer all the questions and go through the car's usage, features in as much detail as you want. Quite busy on the weekends, but you don't feel rushed at all. Pleasure to do business with. Five stars to Peter and his crew -- happy A6 owner :)

Pete was a great person to deal with. I was shopping for a car for my daughter. He was the nicest sales guy we ever met. If there were more people like him selling cars the place would be full all the time . I bought my daughter an a3 and after dealing with Pete when my lease is up on my car I will be going to Pete again for my own car. And I don’t even own an Audi myself . I can’t say enough good things about him. From start to finish he was the best.

Professional service, clean showroom and waiting area. Coffee and snacks are available. As with all dealer auto repairs, could be a bit pricey if you don't have a coupon or rebate. They offer loaners for service with extended labor (not oil changes). Too about 2 hours for them to change the oil, do a multi point inspection and wash/clean the vehicle. Lost 1 star because of price. Everything else was ok.
