Just completed transactions for my third lease with Dalessio.  I worked with Glen and John (as well as Todd & Ken).  I keep coming back because of the excellent service they provide and the willingness to work with you, to get you the best deal possible.....which is stellar.  LOVING my new Cruze! My salesman Vinny was very helpful  in finding me what I wanted around my price point and the business manager Ken was wonderful in answering an additional questions. They made sure to get the car ready for me quickly so I didn’t have to wait long since I had plans that day. I really feel like I received a great deal on the car I wanted and I am so satisfied with my decision to choose a car from this dealership . I will be getting my future cars from them again and recommending them to friends and family.

Fast, easy, friendly service.  Ken S. in the Finance department spent quality time going over our options and let us decide what was best for our family. I Love Dalessio Chevrolet!

Terrible customer service. I called to turn in lease, told me "lot was full".  They wouldn't take the car and told me to find another dealer. CRAZY! When I stated they were the closest to me and I'd like to return my car there, the person I spoke with got very short and  nasty with me. I'll never do business with this dealership.... they lost out on a return and a new lease. I wouldn't even give this a 1 star.
