We had such a great experience using the self dog wash today! Shannon the manager was super helpful and get us all situated for our first experience. He store and self wash area were very clean and tidy! We had all the supplies we needed to get the job done! I love that I have no mess to clean up from doing it at home in the bathtub! I would highly recommend using Paw 2 Paw for dog supplies, self wash and grooming!

Took my dogs here yesterday to do a self-wash. The owner was rude to my wife and made her feel very uncomfortable. The reason was because my dogs misbehaved when we arrived initially. Despite my wife being apologetic and assuring him that the dogs were not a threat, his interactions were curt and accompanied by a scowl. Service from that point forward was non-existent. No explanation on how to use the self wash, no towel provided for second dog, checkout took forever (although the employees working behind the counter were friendly; the only redeeming part of the experience). But to be honest, I was furious about the way the owner confronted my wife. I was there, a step behind my wife. If he had an issue he wanted to address, it should have been to me. And even then, there is a proper customer service approach that doesn’t leave the customer feeling awkward, defensive and jilted. I’m not interested in using their services again.

New to the area, was looking for a good place to take our fur babies. Some place they would love like their last groomer. We have heard some good thing about Paw by Paw so we really wanted to give them a try. We have called and have left multiple messages through voicemail and even online. Everytime we call there is no answer. I understand that places like this can be busy, so I was not worried leaving messages. I never once received any calls or emails back. To be honest we were a little disappointed only because he heard some great things, and because it would be a lot closer to home. Waited 2 weeks still nothing. Ended up taking our cute fur babies back to our old groomer 45 minutes away. I guess good service demands good customers no matter how far the drive. We may be in some time to try the self washing station. Good luck with your future customers, hopefully this can help better any glitch in the system.

We brought our 13 year old doggo and our 11 month old 80 lb German Shepherd in today for a bath. The big pup was not a fan and he let everyone know. The staff was so friendly and accepting of how loud and obnoxious he was! They pet him and brought both of our babies lots of  treats. They let us use the wash for however long we needed. We will definitely be back despite what our Shepherd has to say about it!

First time customer. Took my dog(Chewy)  here after some poor experiences elsewhere. I ended up having to ask them to rush our appointment a bit and they were happy to accommodate. They got him done fast and also did a fantastic job. My dog looks great and came back super happy. Thanks
