Pet smart always has a great selection of pet products, and almost always has what I need instock. I usually only buy for my cats and dogs, so speciality products I can not speak to. I also love how they are animal friendly. It's always nice to be able to bring the dogs with me.

Jordan is great and they are very friendly and helpful. Banfield staff is great, but must keep track of your insurance plans. Make sure you keep track of Dental as they get so busy they seem to forget or bypass appointment that you pay for. West Valley, I advise to stay clear from Banfield as I lost my Little dog because of not watching her air supply under dental cleaning. My pup went in happy and came in Blind and Organ failure and falling down. Had to have her euthanized. Broke our heart. I miss her dearly. Took her directly to a specialist. Fair Warning that’s my opinion to Pet Lover. They may have had a bad day, but we still have broken hearts. This has been years ago and I hope they are more responsible.

Great and helpful! Use their hotel service for our dog when we go out of town. They are extremely sweet and keep us informed on how he is doing while we are away.

I'm not impressed with this location. It's very messy and I can't ever tell what the price of some things actually are because the tag description doesn't match the item. It's just a little messy, could use some more tender loving care.

I am an employee at this Petsmart for 5+ years and I enjoy it! The management is fair as long as you do your job competently and are responsible. Unfortunately a disgruntled employee left a review but I figured I'd leave a positive one to compensate.
