I have been going here for years and have never had a bad experience. From emergency visits at 9:30 at night to regular check ups, these guys are amazing. The entire staff is kind and knowledgeable and the best part is, they care about my fur babies. I have a kitten who had to have a leg amputation at two weeks old and they laid out all of my options and didn't pressure me for a decision. They always make sure to let me know what all options are and the risks and benefits of each choice. I have a Rottweiler who is skittish and scared of EVERYTHING and every time we go in, they go above and beyond to make him comfortable and take care of all of his needs. I cannot stress enough how kind and loving and patient and understanding they are with my kids. They treat them like family and that means everything to me. For me, I would pay ANY price for that, but luckily these guys  are so fairly priced that I don't have to worry about it. I get the peace of mind that my babies are getting the best loving care and I don't have to worry about emptying my pockets. I recommend these guys to everyone I know. I could never thank them enough for all they have done for my family.

We had to put down our beloved puppy we had for 13 years. They had a comfort room that had a couch and chairs. It wasn't like anything I heard of. We wanted to bury him at home and the comfort room had a special door we could leave with him and not have to go through the lobby. The most insignificant part but I feel people would want to know is the price was so low we were amazed. It was our first experience there since we moved not long ago but I will always go there for any of our animal needs. If I could give it a higher rating I would. Dr. Witbeck was exceptionally kind, in addition to being knowledge and professional. Have tried several different vets over the years and feel lucky to have found Payson Family Pet Hospital! It is apparent that the staff member that I have now worked with twice, loves animals and is highly skilled!

We have taken our Mini Schnauzer to Payson Family Pet Hospital since he was a puppy. Staff is always friendly and great with our dog. Easy to schedule an appointment. And willing to answer any questions over the phone.

We love Payson Family Pet Hospital! They are always so kind and are always up for answering any questions that we might have about our pups. You can tell that they genuinely care about every animal that walks into their office and wants to provide that best care for them.
