Dr. Farrer is by far one of the best vets I’ve been too. He explains what’s going on with your pet and is extremely knowledgeable. I trust him with both my dogs completely. He spends a lot of time with patients and is good with the animals. I will always go to him first. The only reason I’m giving this 4 star is because I didn’t love the other vet at the practice, but that’s alright. Just highly recommend Dr. Farrer.

Don't go here, they are scamming their clients. They lost our business today. We went to buy special dog food for our dog that we have bought there for the last 2 years and they wouldn't sell it without an exam first. They told us it was Illegal. You can buy it on Amazon Prime. My husbands father is a 35 year Veterinary Surgeon and just did surgery on our dog 3 months ago. Removed a kidney stone. There is not a law that you need a prescription for DOG FOOD. We told them they would loose our business and they didn't care. Plus they were dishonest! Can't support a dishonest company. Makes no sense! They would of made money off us by selling us the dog food and by us remaining their customers. In a small town you would think they would treat customers better. Word gets out fast. We love to support small Vetranarian practices, that is how my husband grew up with food on his table.

The staff here has always been kind and extremely helpful! Dr. Farrar loves his furry patients!

Best vet ever, big city or hometown. Dr. Farrer did an emergency tracheostomy after hours and saved my dogs life! He takes good are of all three of my dogs and educates us ad pet parents. His colleagues are just as well versed in veterinarian science. Saratoga springs is lucky to have such a caring and intelligent vet such as Dr. Farrer and staff.

Seriously? Who won't call in a prescription to PetSmart? Zero stars for customer service. Forcing your customer to drive 30 min to your location to pick up a prescription to then TAKE to another store for your cat food is ridiculous. They've called in prescriptions for me before but not now? I won't go here anymore.
