I don't know much about bikes but bought a bike for my partners birthday last year from Pedalers West. It was a good deal, more money than say costco, but I wanted to buy it from a reputable bike shop so it would be assembled correctly and he could get it tuned up there and Pedalers West had good reviews. Anyways we ended up moving before he could get it tuned up. Took it to an honest bike store where we live now just to get a rack for it and when the technician said that it was not properly set up. He ended up tuning up the whole bike, took over an hour, complete with adjusting the spokes because the wheel wasn't straight. Really frustrated me because that is why I bought the bike from a bike shop in the first place.

This is an amazing bike store. They have super high end bikes and amazing equipment. Best bike shop in the valley!
