We had a less than favorable experience at this establishment, which is unfortunate because it was highly rated and referred to us from friends. We had several negative things occur during our visit , which lead me to this review.  1. Our dental assistant had a consultation with my husband and I which was at the front door, where patients walked into the waiting area and each time they walked in they dodged us to get by. She was also loud and everyone could hear our conversation from the waiting area.  2. Our daughter being only 3 years of age was having work done on a cavity. We as parents had questions for Dr. Gokli , and simply asked if we could hold her hand while they started the procedure until she felt comfortable. I understand the reason for no , HOWEVER the way this no was relayed  to us was shocking and extremely unprofessional! I was utterly shocked on her delivery , stating "this is my team and this is the way I run my practice......... " ( tone  was mad) I was so embarrassed and humiliated , I wanted to run out of the office. 3.  After the procedure was over- we spoke to the dental assistant ( in front of the busy door again) and asked her if they needed anything else from us such as payment and so fourth. She said no , you are good to go. I then confirmed with the front desk also, asking if they needed anything else further from us before we left. She also said no.  30 mins later, I received a phone call from the office saying we owed money from our visit. We were on the way home and we live an hour away. We turned around and paid what was due at that time and I got our medical record copies at that time , knowing I would not return. We were so disappointed after our visit. ** I suggest reading the Yelp reviews as well. Others  had a similar experience**

Best dentistry for your kids! Friendly and helpful staff! Not only for regular cleanings, but also when my son injured a tooth, they welcomed him with open arms. It was a Friday afternoon at closing time. I'm so thankful for them making sure he didn't suffer all weekend!!! Thank you!!

We had all three children at this dentist and 1 who was in braces. The office staff are decently friendly, but not overly. They're always just chatting in the back. The dentist they had was friendly and seemed to be thorough. The male orthodontist there, however, was not so great. Friendly but seemed to not be experienced at all. Put braces on my daughter way before it was time to. We are now at a new ortho and he was very unhappy with what PDOVA did to my daughter's teeth. He is having to completely start over fresh, as PDOVA has created more problems. Scheduling is a nightmare, especially when trying to work with school schedules. Ortho payment plans are not very flexible either.

Terrible! This place was a zoo, also to make matters worse our doctor was not great , esp with our little one.

Dr Keeton is the best! We've been attending this practice for over ten years and have seen both father and son! It's also convenient to see the orthodontist located in the same office.  All of their dentist, orthodontist and assisting staff are friendly and professional.
