Great office staff who are polite, even when you have to call a few times to reschedule. State of the art technology to help get the best information possible to accurately diagnose and treat problems and concerns.  I adore my specific dentist Dr. Tran and her Hygienist.  They may look young but are very knowledgeable, concerned with your comfort and aesthetics, and (as with all of the dentists I've encountered in their office) are incredibly energetic and have a positive attitude.  I am so happy with the services I get there, that I drive almost 3 hours 1 way from Roanoke, VA for my dentist appointments.

The dental examination was the most comprehensive first visit I've ever had in my life. Karen, the hygienist was highly skilled, gentle and detailed information about every aspect of the procedure. She explained why I could not get the service I wanted and brought in the DDS, Dr. Catoggio. He examined me and explained the recommended protocol using the digital x-ray's on a full sized overhead monitor. I was then sent to Amber to take a plaster imprint of my bite. Once again, the level of professional attention and skill was undeniable. Personally, as a trained attorney, I require details such that I can make informed decisions. I left this practice with complete assurance that the skill, patience and kindness is how they do business. Thank you VA Family Dentistry Short Pump.

I have been going to this practice for more than 10 years.  Dr. Ressler and her hygienist Karen are amazing!  Pain free cleanings and other procedures.  Would and have highly recommend this practice

State if the Art. All of the staff are very kind and caring about every patient. I took my 94 year old Mother-in-Law and the were excellent with her. My Wife and I both are looking to move to them as our full time Dentistry.
