The staff here is amazing. They are so kind and patient . My daughter absolutely hated going to the dentist until she came here. I am all about reviews and after moving to Florida from NJ I found this office. I am so thankful I did.

My toddler has visited twice, first time as a second opinion after feeling like we were being robbed from another place and second for checkup and cleaning. Husband has been three times and we love it! They're great with kids and the exam is child guided, within reason. If the child isn't having it, they're not going to hold him down. Very quick and thorough with the kiddos. Don't feel like they're out to rob you blind and very upfront about any out of pocket costs. Love this office! Front desk personnel is very kind and welcoming.

We were seen today for the first time and had a great experience all around; from making the appointment, front counter, to the Dr Asst., to Dr. Becky, and the Hygienist -- outstanding service and experienced, and professional Dr.  So grateful and glad we went there  (after a less than desirable experience at another dental office) ---we are moving our entire family to Mcllwain Dentistry. :)

Love, LOVE McIlwain Dentistry. My kids have been going here since they started receiving dental care. Everyone is so nice. The atmosphere is relaxed, and I think subconsciously the kids sense that. They make a point to communicate with the parent, but are also able to include the child. This could be in the form of conversing with or maybe praising them for remaining cavity free or regular brushing. It's so many little things they do as a part of our visit that have my kids asking me to schedule their next visit! ☺

Poor experience all around. Poor customer service. Sat eating pizza’s from customer chairs in the dentist room, placed plates of food, salad etc with equipment and tools etc. hygiene clearly isn’t a priority here.
