Will this office care and treat you as actual human patient not just a number for the dentist to Bill an insurance company and make his money..for me feels like the latter when you have a cleaning scheduled that already had to be rescheduled  due to work (Not the dentist fault).  And because of construction and traffic  you will be late..so you call the dentist while in route before the actual appointment time..nobody picks up it goes to an answer machine..you leave a message to let them know you are running late and leave your number.  You show up to check in and you are greeted with "oh didn't they call you and tell you, we can't see you today, your appointment was at 9am, we have to reschedule you, and by the way you actually can't get appointment until May so let's put you on a cancellation list see about maybe April, "   oh, ok, I realize I'm late that's why I called,  second nobody called me back to say,  sorry being late doesn't work today you have to reschedule.. listen I realize your a dentist and your time matters but so do my teeth so, Thank you, I'll gladly pay 25 dollars and get my records and see my previous dentist who is awesome but very far away for me because when I called them to let them know how long it's been since I was suppose to have my cleaning they actually seemed to care that I was concerned about  taking care of my teeth and got me in for appointment within next 2 weeks...I get being punctual is important with keeping appointment times but service is as well..i will gladly drive extra 45 minutes to a dentist office where the first words would have been " Hi, how are you, we got your message and unfortunately  we weren't able to return your call, we will probably need to reschedule but let me check first to see if there is anyway we can squeeze you in, because I see we already reschudeled back in November for this cleaning,  "....Im doing ok and thank you so much for checking."

A+ Best dentist office in town no questions asked. Dr. Daniels puts his experience, professionalism, and caring demeanor to good use. I cannot say enough good things about him or his staff. If Dr. Daniels is not your dentist please don't smile in my direction. : ) 100%

After having problems with two crowns that Dr. Daniels had done, I decided to seek another dentist/opinion. The new x-rays showed the issues clearly, & that both crowns would have to be done over...properly. I contacted Dr. Daniels, explained the issues, & sent him copies of the x-rays. He refused to refund any money, and had already used all of my benefits for those teeth. I was stuck having to pay for everything out of pocket to have his mess corrected....BOTH crowns were seated improperly, therefore leaving an open margin.

I think dr Daniels is actually great and of course if you still felt the pain while drilling he's going to give you another one or two shots. The same thing happened to me, that doesn't make him a bad doctor at all. He's staff is nice and very caring. Love his clean office too :)

No question about the nice staffs in the office. But Dr. Daniels sucks for having poor skills and being a nasty person! 
I had filling done there. But still always have food stuck between teeth now and being sensitive to the cold and hot food after couple months (those are the reason I went there). 
Why is a nasty person? Prior to the filling, I was referred by him to another surgeon (his neighbor) for the wisdom tooth remove, and I switched to another better surgeon without notifying him (why do I need to let him know that?). In the middle of filling, he heard of that and pretty rudely asked me why I went to another surgeon not the one he referred. I was shot novocaine injection 3 times in the middle of filling, one larger dose after another one, due to the fact I felt the pain when they were drilling. My half face and mouth were numb for the whole day and whole night, and I bit the skin inside of the mouth without feeling it when eating the meal.
