The service was great! Each time I go there staff is always engaging and friendly. They kept me informed about my wait time and when someone would be coming out to get me. The doctor is excellent and provides great care and treatment. I am really happy when I go there but more importantly when I leave. I would definitely recommend Wiregrass Family Dentist Care to family and friends.

From the time i walked in till the time i left i felt important, not just a number. The front office staff are so personable and professional. Pricilla who cleaned my teeth was gentle and kind. Dr. B , well i have to say she is the BEST. This will be mine and my families dentist office permanently. I actually look forward to going back. I've been to a few dentists in Fl and hands down they surpass all I've been to.

The dentist is a real source of anxiety for me. As a result, I end up waiting much too long to go in and address any issues. I went to Wiregrass Family Dental for an emergency visit. From the initial call with the office staff all the way through my 3 hour ordeal, the visit was impeccable. Michelle, or Michi, my phenomenal hygienist, and Dr B were incredible. They are patient and kind AND gentle. In the end, I have told everyone how great the staff is and recommended them to all my friends! I am confident that maintaining my oral hygiene will be much more pleasant moving forward. I was a little skeptical when I called with an urgent, immediate need for a dentist, and they said "we can see you today!"....but what a promising surprise.

I wanted to thank Dr. J and her assistant Stephanie for the great service they provided. I had a tooth that was bothering me for days and they informed me of my options (crown vs extraction). After our discussion, I felt comfortable and confident about my decision. They extracted the tooth, smoothly and without any issues (pain or discomfort). I was very impressed with the service (the work , positive attitude and the atmosphere they created. Great job, highly recommend them.

Please get a second opinion after going here, trust me on this. And if anyone cares this place is not a private dental office, it's actually corporately owned by Heartland Dental Group. All they care about is numbers, the doctors (Dr B and Dr J) will recommend work which is not needed, they will make sure you use up all your insurance coverage as soon as possible because it will be very hard for you to get a followup appointment with them after they get as much money as possible from you. They will keep rescheduling your appointments to make room for new "New Money". Take from this what you want but I can tell you a lot of people go for a second opinion and never come back here because they find out that actually everything is fine.
