Dr. Patel & Serenity Dental: what you did to my moms teeth disgusts me!  I told my mom from the start all you wanted was her thousands of dollars that she never had.   I would never give your name to anyone that needs dentures.  Initially my moms teeth looked like horses teeth,  the many molds that you took NEVER fit her mouth,  her time was wasted having to come back and forth to your office to file her teeth down.  Because of your lack of bedside manner and greediness for money my mother is now without the use of her bottom plate b/c it cracked in half yesterday while eating a pancake.  What makes matters unacceptable she called your office right away and left a message saying that this was an emergency and specifically asked to speak with Dr. Patel and you did not even have the couth or common decency to call her back.  You have the audacity to have your receptionist call her and tell her if she wants to come in next week-FOR A FEE they will send her teeth out...what a joke!! This is far from over.  I will be notifying the license board of Florida and if I have to stand outside your front office in Seven Oaks and picket with signs I will!! I do hope that you and your family enjoy eating thanksgiving dinner this Thursday and just know that my mom will not.  Not sure how you rip-offs sleep at night.  I hope that no other 74 y/o mother has to go through what my mom went through @ Serenity Dental!!!!!!!

Dr. Patel was awesome and the staff was very courteous and friendly! I only had my routine clean up (as a new patient) and everything went very smooth, I would definitely recommend.

Dr. Patel, Yuka, and Audrey...... I refuse to see anyone else. Not to throw Great Expressions under the bus, but they are terrible. I went there once and hated the service, atmosphere, location, everything. I am so glad I found Dr Patel and Serenity Dental. I recommend everyone and anyone to come here!!

Nice doctor, nice staff.  I feel very welcomed there and they treat me well.  I would recommend them to anyone.
