Great place. Amenaties are awesome and the people are great from the owner to the manager and maintenance. They will make sure ur stay is fantastic.

Stayed a week. Its about 20 minutes from downtown St Augustine. Best price around. The management was extremely helpful. Neighbors were all very nice. Great view of the creek from our site. I would definitely stay again.

What a great place to stay. 
Close to St Augustine and all its attractions.
The campground is perfect. Level sites, with utilities and cable TV.
Very helpful staff.

We stayed at this park for about six weeks while my husband was in town working.  The park was very clean and exceptionally well maintained.  My husband appreciated the added security of having cameras in the park as they tend to keep honest people honest.  Darlene and Bobby were very accommodating and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.  Laundry facility was very inexpensive and worked wonderfully.  There was a even a "free stuff" table for other campers to free-cycle things they were getting rid of. The park is conveniently located off I-95 and is just a short distance to Palm Coast and St. Augustine. 
We will DEFINITELY stay there again when we are in the area!!
