Everyone was very accommodating at the dealership. Chandler Wroten was my salesman & I couldn't have asked for someone better! He was willing to show me all different types of cars until I found one I loved. Buying a car takes time, but they put your needs first. I would recommend this dealership to any of my family and friends!

Tomaso was Very Helpful with my daughter's first purchase on a car. His attention to detail was impeccable and made lasting impression. No High Pressure Sales. He gave her more than enough time providing training with her Volkswagen electronic systems. The 2017 Tiguan is the perfect fit and I will not worry about her breaking down. He made the buying event "Special"! Simply Outstanding!!! Thank you Tomaso. It means a lot!

Tomaso was the salesman I worked with over at Gebhardt. I love Volkswagen vehicles and was use to leasing them. I went into Gebhardt back in August of 2016 and was not overly pleased with the salesperson I came into contact with and had no intention of coming back. However, this week, I decided to give Gebhardt another chance as I was looking to get out of my lease and into something I could own. I was not expecting to walk out of the dealership purchasing a car ...but I did. Tomaso was cordial,honest, and always seemed to have my best interests at heart. He definitely changed my opinion of Gebhardt and kept me as a loyal Volkswagen customer. I do not foresee myself shopping for a car in the near future but should I come into contact with anyone who is in search of a vehicle, I will recommend Tomaso.

I have now utilized Gebhart twice, once to have my AC condenser replaced and a second time for the problem to be diagnosed again as the first service proved to not fix the issue. The second trip proved no solution to the problem, however - the service department put dye in my system to track down the leak. The second trip was free of charge, which I didn't expect from a dealership service center. Wayne is great to work with. ****************************** Updated Review: 6.28.17 I left Gebhardt disappointed today. This would've been my third appointment with Gebhradt and I have been pretty content with how they have managed my car and time. I booked an appointment two days prior for an AC recharge and oil change as I was planning on taking the car to Park City, UT for Independence weekend. The AC hasn't been permanently fixed and I was hoping Gebhardt would find the leak this time around after putting dye in the system last time. I booked a time for 7:30am online then modified it to 1:00pm shortly after the first arrangement. I booked with a paid rental car and arrived 5min prior to my updated appointment. I arrived and was told they didn't have an updated appointment for me and that there were 9 cars in front of me with a shrug of the shoulders. I felt very slighted and not cared for, not sure I will be returning at this point - my original problem is yet to be solved of the AC not holding a charge. The car is a 2013 VW Golf R with 56,000 miles.
