This was my second purchase from Gebhardt BMW (the first being a 2009 328xi CPO).  This purchasing experience was comparatively smooth, and I'd probably give a 4.5 of 5 star rating because there's always room for improvement, yet the overall experience was very good. I appreciated working with Will, Alicia, and Mariah, who were very helpful and provided quality customer service. Thank you to these folks at Gebhardt BMW! It's all good!

Best experience at a dealership that I have had to date. Mariah and David both were extremely hands on, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Thank you Gebhardt BMW for the phenomenal customer service and vehicle.

They are awesome! We live in Denver but we go all the way to Boulder just because they are incredibly helpful and nice. We work with Joel who is amazing, but the more we go we get to see that everyone there is super friendly and nice (Rafa). They even help us set up the kids car seats. I mean who does that?!! Thank you guys!! Even thought we don't want anything to be wrong with our car, we do look forward to stopping by and working with you! :)

These folks are solid!  2nd BMW purchase from them and it's been a great experience.  George T and Mariah H are awesome, knowledgeable and supremely helpful.  Joel O in service rocks.  I recommend with zero hesitation!

Top notch parts and service, year after year. You just can't get better. Really. If there's something they can do to improve I have yet to find it. I can't say enough good things about their parts department folks.
