We've had our Outback since 2011 and since we purchased it, we've been coming to Flatirons Subaru Service Dept. Everyone we've worked with has been awesome, especially Maggie. Maggie rocks! Maggie has always been helpful and patient with me. I'm not a huge car person and Maggie always explains what they need to do and will show me as much as possible. Like when I needed new brakes. Maggie showed me my brakes and explained the situation with them. She really helped me understand the process. I appreciate her so much. :)

My family went in on Thursday night after work around 5:30. We knew what car we wanted and took it for a short test drive. The sales man chose not to come with us as he had other clients. Fine, no big deal to us. After the test drive we set down to talk numbers. We actually let him see the quote another dealership gave us so he could match it, as they had the color we actually wanted. Lars did indeed match the price, but when we started talking paperwork his response was "are we trying to do this tonight? The people in the back are hating me right now, we close in 30 minutes" 😳 that was our cue to leave. Had the salesman not so rudely kicked us out, we would have bought a car from him that night. Friday we have Valley Subaru the opportunity to beat the price match made and they took off another $600. Lars called my husband and was informed that if he wanted our business he would have to match and then beat that offer. Obviously we never heard back. We gladly bought our second choice color from valley and got an amazing deal from friendly faces. Can't speak as to the dealership as a whole of flat irons, but Lars doesn't seem to think customers or sales are a priority. Went to Valley at 5:30 on Friday and was out by 7:30 and took the car home 👍🏼

I don't think it's possible to have a better experience purchasing a car from a dealer than the one I had with Bill Kidd at Flatirons Subaru. I had previously had a very negative experience purchasing a car from another carmaker's dealership in a different state and was wary of going the dealer route again. But Flatirons Subaru is not your average dealership and Bill Kidd is not your average salesman. The staff at Flatirons from the moment you walk in is friendly, courteous, and helpful. Bill was incredibly knowledgeable about the Outback and all it had to offer. He was polite, and I didn't feel pressured at any point in the process, something rare in the car buying business. Bill and the sales team at Flatirons were incredibly fair when it came to making a deal and I got my car at a great price. When I purchased my car, Bill took the time to show me the various technology my car was equipped with, and did a great job of educating me about my my new vehicle. He is extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable, and purchasing a car from him was a pleasant experience!

The first time I went to this location for an oil change on my Subaru Forester was last year. The service offered at this location was at par with other Subaru dealers- no issues there. Even the staff was very polite and helpful the last time I went in for an oil change. But I recently scheduled a 24 month maintenance on my Subaru Forester, and the quote I got seemed too high ($). So I checked with other dealers in the 20 mi radius, and got a quote that was significantly lesser that the one I got at the Flatirons dealership. When I asked the person at the service center, and brought this to her attention, she just brushed me off and just offered to cancel my appointment. I guess I was too naive to think they she would try to work it out with me and retain me as a customer. I cancelled my appointment right away and decided to go ahead with another dealership. This is the same experience we had at the Flatirons dealership when we were looking to buy our Subaru in 2015. We ended up buying our car in Denver at a price significantly lesser than what Flatirons was quoting. Overall, if you are willing to pay extra for services that aren't any better compared to other Subaru dealerships then Flatirons Subaru is your place to go.

Excellent service and customer service. I highly recommend making the drive to Flatirons Subaru to ensure peace of mind in getting the absolute best care for your vehicle. Maggie always goes above and beyond to educate me about services needed and ensures I'm completely satisfied before driving off. Thank you!
