The worst ! Couldnt get my birthday correct or how far along in my pregnacy ... Took an extremely long time to send my files over to another doctor even after putting "a rush" on them and sent me for test that I wasn't far enough to Do..... Nobody ever answers the phones when you call ..just overall poor service !

Very annoyed had daughters appointment early in morning and 5 hours later im seen and taking care of spend the whole day here and then had to wait to give the papers back i shouldnt have to wait to give papers back on a long line that should always be done in back not in front very unsatisfied

I can honestly agree with the other reviews about trying to make an appointment over the phone. No one ever answers and you have to leave a voicemail. I became pregnant and needed an appointment. They called back in 2 days to tell me that I had to walk-in for a pregnancy test which obviously turned out to be positive. They sent me downstairs for lab blood test and they called me for an appointment that was 3 weeks-1 month away. That's the only negative part. But after that everything is so fast and runs smoothly. I am currently 23 weeks. And I am seen every month. The lady at the reception is very nice. I arrive 15 mins prior to my appointment and get called in 10 mins tops. I never have to wait for a longer period of time. They weigh me and do urine test everytime. The nurses are really efficient and every doctor I have seen is really kind. I am really happy and actually look forward for my appointments.

different times I have called to schedule an appointment and no one had picked up; I try two hours at a time. If the second floor won't pick up,I try the first floor and no one picks up. I also tried to schedule a gyn appointment and no one picks up there either. It's a shame that it's so hard to find people who take their jobs seriously to be hired there. I am a nurse and I know what it means to be a nurse and I would feel ashamed to be a part of a clinic who doesn't seem to put importance to a job that doesn't require much effort. This is an on going thing and it doesn't seem to mean much that even their rating is so low.

Horrible scheduling issue, never answer the phone, there is no such thing as customer service with the people in the front desks. I understand working in the city isn't always everyone favorite, but wow this place just really doesn't help they're clients.
