All im going to say is HORRIBLE service. I dont want to say much about my experience because although my experience here was stressful we all have our own. Your welcome to try this place out, but from my experience i would suggest going some place else. I dont suggest this place for a working parents or for someone with a child who is frequently getting sick. Ive had my child in and out of the ER and urgent care due to this place not responding when you call and if they do its always the same "monitor the child and give him/her tylenol" no matter what your child could be experiencing. When i actually saw a dr or pa there they didnt really have any concerns about my son even when he had serious problems with breathing and dehydration. When my son was seriously sick i was unable to take him to be cared for by my mother in law while i was at work since she also takes care of another child the same age. I asked for an excuse for the day on the day i was there with my son and at least the next day if he is unable to be with other due to a stomach virus ear infection and dehydration and breathing issue. They said they can only issue a letter stating i was there that day, but not an excuse. I was under so much stress with dealing with my sick child and staying home from work for an important reason without an excuse.

Dr. Ojikutu is fabulous! Per calling to make appointments, I've always gotten a call back as long as I leave a message stating my phone number etc. Yes, it's sometimes crowded and waiting times can be a bit long, but it's not that bad. My daughter's doctor is well worth the wait.

I Absolutely Love my kids Doctor.  Her name is Dr riddle. However , I feel as if they should get new people to work on the phone cause no matter how many times I call NOBODY picks up !

Fed up with this place called twice now to make appointments for my girls not even a call back to set one up. It ridiculous that you can't even get a call back. This has made up my mind on findingv somewhere new
