I was seen here a while back for a corneal abrasion. Great experience from start to finish. in and out within a half hour or so. Thorough exam. Pleasant front office staff, nurse and physician. I would definitely return for any issues.

Went in for anxiety issues last Friday since my dr closed at 12 and I didn't want to go to the ER for 6 hours with a toddler. Anxiety directly related to my toddler having lead poisoning. I left this office worse off: shaken up, bawling, and more upset than when I went in. Paid to have the doctor guilt trip me (someone who's chief complaint is "anxiety") because my son's doctor dropped the ball and didn't do 12 month blood work which would have caught his lead poisoning sooner. I didn't know they were supposed to get 12 mon testing. I saw him chewing on a windowsill, got a lowes test kit for lead paint and it was positive so I called in early December to have them test for lead in his blood. She then proceeded to tell me that lead poisoning doesn't give them irritability or insomnia or behavioral issues, that it usually makes them tired. Feel free to google that one, because every single person I spoke with from poison control to the EPA to the health department to the Doctor that called me with the results to his lead test all stated the same things to look for. She said they can't do anything for anxiety related issues because of new laws which I understand her hands were tied (except aparently work the patient up more) and suggested I call my Dr. She also said not go to the ER because I was, at that point, visibly upset (because of her comments regarding the lead poisoning and that I should have had his blood work done sooner) and she probably thought they would 302 me. So I did what she said and called my PCP's answering service to never receive a return call. Finally got ahold of my PCP today who can give me an appointment FRIDAY. A week after I attempted to be seen the first time. A whole week of panic attacks to look forward to, while now feeling guilty that my psychic abilities have failed me once again and I should have just known he was supposed to get blood work 6 months earlier. Then, to add insult to injury...while we were there we were told the lab left early because it's a week day. We were told to come back before 4 on a weekday for labs for my son. Just called at 3:10 to make sure we were still good to go before 4. The lab closes at 2. Get it together, people. Shout out to the RN who gave me the name of her behavioral health doc. Literally the only good thing that came out of that visit.

Good choice instead of waiting forever in the emergency room at the hospital. They can take x-rays and provide most of your urgent care needs without the hospital stress and frustration waiting and waiting and dealing with the waiting room full of people.

I took my mom here Friday night , she has MS and diabetes and earlier that day she had fallen from a low BS and her arm was killing her , not able to move it and numbness... so I took her here to be taken care of knowing something wasn't right . First off the wait was ridiculous, we sat in the room for over 40 minutes waiting for her to get x-rayed. Weren't even seen by a "Dr." but a MA and no disrespect but you should know what your doing if put in that position. Well long story short , we were informed NOTHING was wrong no breaks or fractures... she gets a call 2 days later and is told " we reviewed your x-ray and your arm is broke " no im sorry and we apologize for this horrible mistake but only said " you should stabilize your arm immediately and call a Ortho doc. Wow thanks idiots , I brought my mom to be taken care of and the employees there or medical assistants can't even read x-rays correctly as my poor mom is in so much pain then she had to ask for a pain pill and they give her mobic like seriously 😒 never again . You should care about your patients and I understand MA's need to learn but maybe a DR should have over looked the x-ray that night . Can't even trust our Dr's anymore ...this place should be ashamed of this mistake ... so upsetting , I'm sure if it was one of them or their family members they would be very upset !

Easily the nicest walk in clinic I have ever seen. Excellent staff that genuinely cared for my well being. I interacted with many of the staff members during my visit and everyone was willing to go the extra mile to help me.
