Good doctor's  / yes it hard to get you in for the most part ,But they try to  Squeeze you in. But that the way it is at most doctors office's.  If you think this place is bad try Green hills  Medical center. My doctor  use to be  Dr. Diane Boncourse!!! She was never there half the time ,vac,sick, her children school event, closed , I alway seen her pa doc.  Doctor Joan Bellameyer I think this was how she spelled it she no longer there. I could never get a sick appointment with Diane . She a nice person but not a good doctor. If she didn't retired yet ,she should.  But Doctor bulb even makes house calls to his   Senior patients if they can't get there. That's a great Doctor!!!!/// I just think alot of Doctors forgot  the  Oath they took when they become a doctor's. It's about money and they don't have time!   But not all doctor are bad but the gateway about the best so far!!! Trust me I go there now!!!

Call for information and gets pushed off on someone else..

They do not return their patient's calls, it is impossible to get an appointment within a reasonable time frame (you may as well go to urgent care or a hospital), they are not patient/customer service oriented at all, and they are unwilling to do the most basic task that family doctors normally do, such as refilling prescriptions. Keep looking for somewhere else to go because this is not the place you want to go or take your family members for health care services.

Pain in the neck to make an appointment you just have to keep leaving messages and hope they call you back before you gotta go too the hospital.
