People's Jewellers Georgian Mall 509 bayfield st STE B1A. Getting married supposedly was to be stressful but success in the end. Let me tell you a story, purchasing Rings was by far the worst experience we have ever encountered and thankfully only doing this once in my life. The girls behind the desk Sarah, Ashley, Katie and cherry were unorganized, rude, selfish and lacked customer service. Constantly played phone tag and the manager never once talked to us her name is unknown for that reason . Purchase the rings for both his and hers on 10/22/17 we were told Engraving and Imaging was free. In the end they wanted to charge us after we purchase extended warranty. After being told time after time they would be ready for 12/29/17 this wasn't met and I was forced to take a rental ring to Vegas for our wedding on 01/02/18. 01/23/18.. 20 days after our wedding I received my ring which was never engraved with the picture I wanted because it was too difficult .. very disappointed stay away from people's at all costs.

Knowledgeable staff and beautiful jewelry, but if you ever have a problem, they are the most unfriendly people and least respectful company I've ever dealt with. We've had an issue with 4 out of 4 of the rings we got from there. So we won't be ordering from them again to let them screw things up a fifth time.

They have some really beautiful jewellery and excellent collections to mesmerize your gf with.  Staff is really knowledgeable.  Managers name is Maggie...you can always point her out bc she's always wearing some really incredible shoes.

I have never had a problem with rings or customer service here. The people are always lovely. BUT! I bought a charm bracelet and the clasp was magnetic. My bracelet would fall off a lot of the time and then maybe 5 months later the metal piece of the magnetic to stick to fell out of the clasp. I put a piece of bobby pin in it and it  working better than the first day I got it. Also. On so many of the charms I have bought, and out of all the places I have bought them, Peoples is the only ones I have had a problem with. The jewels have fell out on almost all of the ones I have bought from here.
