P.D. Murphy Jewellers are a gracious, friendly and professional establishment, which makes us happy and more than willing to do repeat business there.  
Both my wife and I have bought numerous items from them over the years and appreciate the quality of service greatly. 
We've never been disappointed or had any problems and have trusted them to do repairs or adjustments on items that were purchased elsewhere. 
The polite sales staff are attentive and provide customer care that has ALWAYS been courteous, considerate, first class and informative. 
The item selection is very good, the expertise is great, and the pricing is excellent.

I bought my wife her wedding ring here and bought my wife a 10 year anniversary ring. They were very helpful and showed me the rings that I could afford. Almost 2 years after I bought the ring a small diamond had fallen out. I brought it in to be repaired. Almost 1 year after the warranty they fixed it at no cost or fuss. Martha had great customer service. I will return in the future.

Terrible customer service. Some of the rudest, conniving women I've ever dealt with.

I had a ring fixed that broke after they repaired it. The communication was poor, the work was good, but not guaranteed. They blame my ring for being too thin and expect it to need further repair within the next 6 months. Not exactly what you want to hear.

got a ring fixed and it broke on my way home.  bunch of jokes. owner clearly has enough money and dose not care.
