Best Jeweller in Barrie! Adam and staff treated every interaction we had with the utmost respect while helping me hand pick a perfect diamond and band for my engagement ring. It was such a pleasurable experience and I now have the most beautiful engagement ring. Bill Le Boeuf Jewellers has exceeded all of my expectations! I recently had a custom engagement ring made at Bill Le Boeuf and the results were great! I inquired with numerous jewelry stores throughout Ontario and Michigan and chose to work with Bill Le Boeuf because of their fantastic customer service and communication. When I first contacted Bill Le Boeuf I only had some pictures of rings I liked for reference and ideas in my mind of what the final design should include. The end result was exactly what I envisioned and though the ring was complex to create it was delivered in very fine quality. The CAD design process was smooth and even when the manufacturing process seemed lengthy and strenuous, the staff at Bill Le Boeuf eased my concerns with their expertise and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. I encourage anyone to reach out them for your custom projects!

I have been to many jewellers in Barrie since moving to the Barrie area. Some were condescending about any jewellery that had not been purchased through them, one sold me a gold chain that fell apart in several spots within months and would do nothing about it, one charged me to make a custom ring however used an existing ring and modified it. Frustrated I Googled the best jeweller in Barrie and Bill Le Boeuf Jewellers came up. What a refreshing surprise. Every person in the store was polite and outgoing. I had several repairs. When the cost of one of the repairs was going to exceed what they had thought they phoned me to get authorization to continue. The chain that fell apart they were honest and said there was no point fixing, that it had not been made correctly, rather than taking advantage of the fact. I appreciate their honesty as well as their attitude. All of my local business will be taken to them from this point forward
