While on a trip from AZ to CO my check engine in my brand new car came on. I stopped in and Jeff was amazing. He helped me understand the issue and arranged for everything to be taken care of with my car. Then orgized transportation of the vehicle to CO. Service department is on point. Jeff, you’re the man! Terrible services scheduling! They set me a time, which I assume would be a reserved time to get my car on a lift and being services. This is important for me because I have a life a other things to do as well. With no "loaner" car I am stuck waiting. Keep in mind I'm getting a basic oil change. 
2.5 hrs later they finally get my car on the lift.
1.5 more hrs and I can finally leave!
4hrs for an oil change!
I was not a walk in, I called 3 days in advance and still I wait this long!

Great experience at this dealership. Laura & Erica were so warm & welcoming and willing to go the extra mile to help me select the right car. They were also instrumental in helping me to learn all the features the XC90 has to offer. I’d recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a Volvo.

Dustin in the service department was great, really helpful and nice they make you feel welcome. It was a  great experience,  it's been a while since I was last there they still had the other dealership on Lomas. Their new dealership is really nice, this was my first time there they still have the same great customer service. I will always go to them for all my car services.

We have only used this dealership for maintenance so we cannot speak about the sales experience.  

However, as to service, they are not to be trusted.  They recommended we flush the transmission on our Volvo S60.  This is interesting because Volvo's factory specification says this is a sealed system and should only be opened or replace if there is some indication of a problem.  They agreed with us that there was no indication of a problem.  

On a recent trip to San Francisco, we recently had our car serviced and we asked the service representative about the transmission flush.  He said Volvo recommended against it and that they wouldn't do it unless there was some indication of trouble.  Our prior dealer in Hickory NC also said the same thing.

So we will not be returning to Corley's as they seem to want to add services that are not only costly, but are also not recommended by the manufacturer.   A sad way to do business.
