I ordered a bike from amazon and had met a good majority of the staff online, Jim was the individual who met me at the backend counter and was able to do a amazing job walking me through some of the accessories that I should consider. I’m definitely a fan of Performance Bicycle after this experience and will continue to shop here. In addition they also have a community event (meetup) every Saturday around 08:50am at the store.

Took my husbands bike here to have it worked on.. We couldn't be more pleased with the work that was done. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The prices were very reasonable.

The only bike shop I go to. They are very helpful and really know their stuff especially Sam! I bring my bike here for upkeep, although I try to get it in before their busy season they are still able to provide me with a fast and reliable mechanical service.

Helpful staff, variety of bicycles. They're a chain store and they have some store-branded stuff, especially in tools. The store-branded stuff I have bought has worked fine. If you enjoy bicycling, a store like this is a fun place to visit. They regularly advertise sales telling how much they discount the bicycles, but they seem to be advertising their everyday prices, trying to give you a sense of urgency by leading you to believe that that this sale is a special opportunity.

Very helpful. Good quality merchandise. My daughter left her ring in the Columbia store and they called us the next day to see if we had lost a ring in the store. Really appreciate them taking the time. Friendly staff. Love this store
