They have great Giant Bikes at competitive prices and spectacular service. They are an authorized Giant retailer so I dropped in to look at a bike that I was hunting for a while :). Trace told me everything about it, gave me some awesome tips, let me test drive it (at night) and then gave me a very good deal on it. I ended up buying it and am extremelly pleased with the purchase. It's probably the best bike I have ever owned. Trace was very friendly and open to help with anything. Highly recommend this cozy bike shop. I will definitelly come again!

They put my bike seat on backwards . . . Not the sitting part but the bit that holds the seat. Causing the seat to be at a weird angle that I hadn't noticed until it was far too late into my ride for me to fix. For 75 bucks to do a "checkup" on my bike, they didn't even clean it up at all ... Maybe my gears and chain were regreased/cleaned? Hard to tell.

Dave was so AWESOME and so KNOWLEDGEABLE and so HELPFUL that we bought 2 bikes today. Highly recommend this store. Buy local!
