Went in three times so far and was helped to the extreme each time. Very nice guys and willing to break down basic bike 101 for newbees. Highly recommend and great prices.

They do what they can with their customer-base and are always pleasant to me. For recreational cyclists, mainly, but I have been able to hack together some custom-installs with their friendly mechanics.

Had a great experience with them yesterday. I took an expensive carbon bike in for some work to be performed on it after I received a $100+ dollar estimate at the Bike Gallery next door that seemed unrealistic and the attitude of the Bike Gallery employees and managers turned me away. Scott the service manager took his time to understand the project and reassured me that he will see it through personally, an hour later they had it all done (bike works flawlessly) for the $30 quoted. I was impressed.

They lost a customer in me today. Their lack of follow up on an old order, was compounded by my delay in checking in. Ordered a hand brake when I bought my daughter's bike. I called a month later and they said they had no record of the order. Stopped in today two years later for something else. Out of curiosity, asked the helpful young sales guy if he saw the old order in their system. He did, but he could not make good, he needed to check with his "manager". I requested a refund on the part that never was received, or would be willing to wait for it again, as long as they called me this time. The manager refused to take care of this customer, she stared blankly as I protested her logic. Was an $18 refund worth a pissed off, vocal, departing customer that has spent hundreds with you? Don't post reviews often, only when I witness blatantly poor customer service. Staying with local shops from now on.
