We are a small customer service oriented bicycle shop focusing on new bikes from Pinarello, Masi, Orbea, Sage Titanium, Eddy Merckx, and Del Sol Bikes.

I rented a bike from Veloce during the Christmas holiday. Brent was a pleasure to work with through the whole process. He was easy to communicate with and went out of his way to make the timing of my rental work. I’m truly grateful for the excellent service and for the quality of the bike that I was able to rent. It was well-maintained and easy to ride. Even when shifting under stress and in wet conditions, the bike was great. I’m sorry that I live out of state - Veloce is a great local bike shop!

Amazing Customer Service.  Brent and Matthew are both super helpful and so patient with the customers.  I recommend anyone to go there and give your business to this store.  They will even host some organized races in the summer.  Pretty cool thing for the one of us leaving in SouthWest of Portland.

Brent the owner and Matthew were great today...
I didn't want to go far to my other shop and was devastated from thinking I had to pay tons for my clicking and stuff going on my bike which is my life and ONLY commute!
Brent only charge me 10$ for tightening my brakes and test riding my bike and doing quite a bit for a bunch of other stuff...
I know all that effort and staying longer at work would of been way higher than 10 bucks and it made my day!
I love Western bike works and the whole team, however I am GRATEFUL for this place since it's 5 min away from my crib and to have found them.  
I now have a new favorite place!
Hands down recommend them beacuse I now know that these guys won't screw me over so...

The Veloce staff love bicycle lifestyle and do what they love as it shows in the products, service and ideas they provide to customers for the best cycling experience and maintenance of their bicycles. It is amazing how most bicycle maintenance or service can be done same day while you wait or next day unlike other bicycle shops who are booked out two weeks to a month. Their professionalism and attention to detail and knowledge of the bicycle industry have earned them a following of many cycling enthusiasts locally as well as Travelers. Follow your bliss and safe travels sharing the road.

The shop guys were friendly and helpful when I bought a tube for my bike and again 30 minutes later when I couldn't get the tire back on my bike by myself. I'm a happy customer.
