We walked in this store and Gilbert taking care of us immediately. For our son's favorite, Gilbert spend a lot of time and effort to find the bike our son is looking for. We are very impressed by their customer service and spirit.

Just typing up to give credit to the store manager, I believe her name was Erin.  She is very helpful.  Been to the store a couple of times when she was working and she's really cool.

I like performance bike stores for their pricings and sales. Staff at this location has been great so far. I've been to this store location multiple times. I received excellent customer service from everyone. Kudos to Matt for taking time with me on my cycling inquiries. As long as they're not crazy busy, they'll take time with you.

WE ARE VERY IMPRESSED!My wife and I decided to move on from our heavy old mountain bikes and buy a couple of quality brand road bikes.I did some research on the internet and came away thinking Fuji sounded pretty good for what we wanted to spend.After checking the Fuji website for retailers in our area Performance Bicycle at Kearny Mesa came up trumps.We visited the store 2 weeks ago and picked out the 2 Fuji models we wanted and James the manager ordered our bikes for us.We picked them up about a week ago and love riding them.We got a fantastic deal on the 2 bikes and we were able buy a bunch of sporty bike clothing gear with all the money we saved.This had to be one of the best shopping experiences we have had in our 17 years together as a couple.Bernard set up our bikes perfectly and James went the extra yard to order in specially the hard to get brand of Knog front and rear bike lights.We would like to thank the professional,friendly and helpful staff who made our shopping trip a fun experience.Thanks again to James,Bernard,Jason,Fernando, Dean,Colin and Ross.If you want to get the best service possible and a really great deal you will come here every time.

The service tech did a great job on my bicycle maintenance and suggested I replace some worn out parts.  I can feel a difference now.  The sales associate did a good job of explaining to me about possible future chain slips because of my new chain and rear, but not a new crank.  Very friendly.

Had a problem putting my bike together ( one I didn't buy thru them) I took it to them hoping I could pay them to help but the guy fixed it within a few mins and didn't charge me a dime! I was super excited. I will definitely come back and spend money with these guys.
