Horrible service. I moved here from Dallas, TX and bought a Fuji Roubaix there years ago...put over 15k miles and stopped cycling for years. Getting into it now and chose another Fuji. Bought it here. I will say that service here in CA is horrible compared to Dallas.  When I bought my other bike I was fitted - yes, on the trainer and adjusted until I was good. Here, I think they just wanted my cash and out the door.  No fitting. Nothing. And they have the sales guys doing everything - tires pressure, adjusting the bike, assembling shoes, etc.  Meanwhile, the mechanic in the back doesn't want to be bothered. Ummm, if I'm spending almost $2k with everything, do you think a mechanic could fully adjust my bike?!?

And less than a week on my bike I got a flat...no problem, I bought tubes and CO2 cartridge - well, guess what, CO2 didn't work. Took my almost 45 mins to get it to squeeze out enough to get home.

Next day, I rode to Adams Avenue Bicycles which is close to my work and bought new tires, new tubes and all new CO2 device and cartridges....threw all the stuff from Performance out.

In Dallas, I bought most of my things at Performance - they gave good advice and took care of customers.  Here, I guess the mechanic just wants to do repairs and assemble bikes...no concern for someone in there spending money on a new bike.

I won't go into Performance ever...not one in CA anyways. Absolutely horrible service.  I'll use my local shop for all future purchases.

Just stopped in to fix my tire (putting the tube back in) tried doing this at home and wasn't working rightm i am not too bicycle savvy (yet) and the gentleman helping me was nice enough to show me the technique and not charge me for the service. Really appreciate the help and learning something new. Thanks again! (Aug 11th 1pm)

Performance Bicycle is our first and only stop to buy our bikes and accessories.The service and quality is always superior!

Jason and his team go out of their way to deliver nothing but the best in customer service. The work Jason did on my Fuji last Saturday was very impressive. He dropped everything to fix my bike on a busy Saturday. I had issues with the chain skipping and shifting. He replaced the cables, cleaned chain, shortened the chain, adjusted front and rear derailleurs and bike was running like new again. He also charged me a very fair price for all the work he did. All the mechanics there are very professional and go the extra mile to take care of customers. Thank you guys.
