This is a good after hours place, I usually come here late when other places are closed. Comfortable dining area; food is decent; desserts are always delicious! The pies are exceptional! Bathrooms are sometimes clean & well stocked, sometimes not; restaurant itself is usually very clean. Some servers are great: refilling drinks and checking on your table often and with a smile, other servers not so much. Lots of parking available, only two or three handicapped parking areas close to the door.

It was very good food, but what made it great was the service. I ordered the soup and a salad. They did not have enough for me and my cousin to have this soup, so we were given a smaller bowl and a free slice of pie (I actually ended up getting a cookie instead).

We really enjoy the food and the staff at this location. We were visiting and everyone was giving us help at where to go and some good places that locals go to for groceries, shopping, etc. Definitely will go there again when we return.

In the past Perkins was doing much better than tonight...we have been sitting here waiting for soup grilled cheese and salad for over 45 minutes.... I mean how long does it take... I could have opened a can of Progresso at home.

My server (Tiffiny) was very rude and neglected our service. It took her half an hour for her to take our order and that's after I had to wave her down. I had to ask for a refill on my coffee. She gave me an awful look when I tried to wave her down again to refill the coffee. She never took our dirty dishes and we were clearly done (trash and silverware on plates pushed to the edge of table) and just talking with friends. The place was near empty and dishes stayed on tables for hours. She didn't seem to care about my needs and got a little snappy when I asked her for more sugar.
