Wife and I recently purchased a used 2017 Chrysler 300 from Permian Ford. Car only had approximately 2000 miles on it at purchase and appeared to be in mint condition. Approximately 2 weeks later the engine blew a rod and we had a hole in the side of the engine. 

After taking it to the Chrysler dealership we were told the engine had water damage and was not going to be covered by the warranty. Permian Ford (Specifically Cheryl and Ray) gave us a loaner vehicle and helped us to try and get the vehicle repaired. 

As it turns out, the engine had flood damage from the previous owner. That information was never given to Permian Ford when they purchased the vehicle from an auction. Cheryl and Ray worked with us for several days to find us a vehicle we liked to replace the Chrysler. They traded us a  brand new Ford Fusion fully decked out for the price we paid for the Chrysler. Cheryl and Ray went out of their way to make sure we were happy, even though they ended up losing money on this sale. 

I highly recommend buying from Permian Ford and if you do, ask for Cheryl.

Edit: 2-26-18 Still not happy with parts department. Ordered parts wasn't told they were special order got them a week and a half later. 

Second order. Was in within 3 days, but incorrect parts, had to sit there and point at pictures to tell them what I wanted. Parts were supposed to be in today, 2-26 I came in to pick them up, guess what they were never ordered...    

I don't care if parts will be open on Saturdays going forward, I have gave y'all 3 tries now. And all 3 times you have screwed up. I'll take my business else where.

Service department is closed on Saturday. If it's an inconvenience to be open on Saturdays, I'll take my business else where, because it's an inconvenience for me to get in during the week.

Went for an oil change.  No appointment made ahead of time. They got me in and out while I wanted. Great service!

Some are rude. Money Hungry salespersons. Only one or two are really professional, that will work find something that YOU like, not something that has to get moved from the lot....
