Well lets see now, where do I start? I went for a new transponder key for my Dodge Pickup which I purchased new here. The interaction I had with the service folks was less than professional and the parts and service folks are defiantly working on different wavelengths and I made 3 trips between the parts and service desk which are 30 feet apart before getting things worked out. One key which can be purchased on line for $15 more or less cost $75 and total Tax, title, licenses and programming of the key I was out the door with a brand new key which worked well for only $250.00 Yes you heard right. Only Two Hundred and Fifty. more or less. So I'm thinking if these folks do this to you for a simple key how much more damage will they do if they have the opportunity. Rip me off once shame on you, Rip me off twice shame on me. I guess my next car will come from someplace else. You be the judge.

Coach Voight was amazing. I received prompt response. He was also very polite and professional and keep me updated. I had been working with another dealership for 3 weeks. I had a very percular situation and with his hard work and faith got a new Journey within 2 days. Thank you Coach.
