Excellent experience from first phone call to follow-up visit.  Joe was wonderful, coming out twice to assess the repair needed.  Jack, the roofer, was fantastic, a true expert in the field.

Perrenoud Roofing did a whole roof replacement on a rental house that I owned in N. Spokane.  At that time it was my property management company that recommended them.  They use them a lot because they are reasonably priced and do good work.  I later had  Perrenoud do gutters on my house.  The price was good, they did good work on the gutters, and everyone I worked with and talked to was friendly and helpful.   Several years after they did the roof replacement, a small leak developed over the garage.   Since the property management company had contracted that work (not me) there was a little confusion about whether or not they had really done that work, but once that was cleared up they took full responsibility for making the necessary repair on the leak.  I'd use them again and recommend to others.

If you ever have the misfortune of dealing with the angry little goateed old man with a vicious case of little man syndrome, you'll understand why they're sitting under 2 stars. Find someone else or you'll wish you had.

Update: Not a robot. Your employee is giving you and your business a bad name by how he conducts himself while driving your company car. If that is the type of person you choose to employ, it says something about your company. Hence, the bad review.

So far, the roof and gutters are looking ok, although there was a pile of gutter garbage left in my neighbors yard, and the grass hasn't recovered from the piles of stuff in my yard from when the roof was being done, but I really can't complain about that. My concern is that the communication is very poor. I met with Joe twice, who quoted my job months ahead of time, but then the gutter color I picked from two months earlier wasn't available, and nobody communicated with the guys who showed up to do the roof, the requests we had made in writing and verbally (several times) for certain things. It's almost as if we had to babysit the whole process and make calls to follow up that we shouldn't have had to do in my opinion.

Great company and awesome crew!! Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. Had my roof done in 2 days and cleaned up all the mess!!
