Story

Opening business in the Spokane and Coeur d'Alene area in 1979 as Specialty Storm Windows, our primary direction was window weatherization. Striving to offer our customers more products and services, it wasn't long until we moved into other home improvement areas; such as Roofing and Siding. In 1983, realizing the need to expand our exposure to the public and not confine our name to only Windows, we incorporated as Specialty Home Products, Inc. dba Specialty Windows. In 2009 our founder passed the torch onto his sons to continue Specialty Home Products, a division of Simbro, Inc.

Great company, have used them professionally (as I am a realtor) and personally (for replacing windows in my own home.) Professional from start to finish. Vinyl windows are made custom, so you should expect to wait 3-5 weeks for installation. The installers were PHENOMENAL. Made sure to find trim that matched what I currently had, and fixed any of the minor issues that I never even would have seen. Great company, highly suggest sending your business to them.

02/2015-I had the best experience with Specialty home products. Quick, easy, respectful, efficient, and honest service with a smile :). I have had to do a big project every year on my home and have experience some good and some bad company's but by far specialty home and Rick have made this big project the absolute best out of any of them. I would highly recommend any of their services to ANYONE!!! The product they use is also top line and they back their work up with a amazing warranty. I wouldn't use anyone else and don't plan on it for any other future projects. THANK YOU SPECIALTY HOME PRODUCTS!!!!

04/17/2015- This is another review for different services. I once again had the best experience ever and to tell you the truth I now call them for ANYTHING I need done to my home. Even just for their opinions on knowledgeable and experienced companies they have maybe worked with in the bast if the project I'm doing for some reason isn't something they do themselves. That's how much i value their opinion and work ethics. You would be crazy to not choose this company! Thank you so much Rick for all your hard work and amazing customer service, crew too!

It's a bad representation for this company, when an employee wearing his work shirt at wal mart is using a lot of foul language while waiting in line. Just because of that I will not use this company if this is how there employees act.
