Don't waste your money on the anti shedding bath they offer, two days later and my dog was back to shedding just as badly as before. Judging by the fact that there was dried feces on my dogs rear-end I'm going to assume that the anal gland expulsion was not performed even though it was listed. Took 4 and a half hours for my dog to be finished grooming, when I made the appointment online it said that he would be done at 11:30 (dropped him off at 9:30), came at 12:15 to check if he was done and they told me it would be another hour, the employee then proceeded to go outside and take a break (which is not a problem but if I had known it would have taken so long I would have made the appointment for a different time.) They did a great job on his nails and he smelled delicious, but again was disappointed I spent 55 dollars for him to shed just as badly as before. Would recommend going when they arent so busy, or going somewhere else entirely.

Don't waste your money here! The grooming salon was so unbelievabley unprofessional and rude to me and my daughter. I took my poodle there and she came back terrified and didn't want anyone to touch her. The bigger Burnette in the salon was somewhat helpful when I asked about why my dogs hair looked like it was greasy and unwashed, but the girl with the lazy eye did a horrible job, and didn't seem like she knew what was talking about. Not to mention, she cut my dogs paw where it's black on the bottom, and didn't even bother to let me know. I asked to speak to a Manger and then out walks the large lady who asked us to wait and left us sitting there for 10 minutes. She was very rude and kept talking over me when I was trying to discuss the situation. It seems that store is being ran by a bunch of incompetent teenagers. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Horrible customer service and cleanliness.

The staff here is amazing! They are well enformed, pleasant and always helpful!!! The management team is incredible and goes out of their way to help every Pet Parent!

99% of my experience has been great. The 1% is questionable or conflicting advice. Two different associates in the same department will give me two very different recommendations. But other than them giving advice, superb experience here!

I took my pups here to get their nails cut, and the girl said it would be a few minutes. So I sat on the bench waiting for about 20 minutes, as I got up to see why is was taking so long, I noticed the girl screaming at the dog and she was pulling the dog back by his tail. The dog then started yelping at she was standing there pulling his leg down below the table, and she just kept pulling on it and screaming at him. When she noticed I was watching she rolled her eyes and took the dog to the back where I could no longer see it. I wouldn't let those girls do something like that to my babies. This place is awful. Take your animals here if you wish to see them abused.
