I met Natalia in Colorado Springs several years ago.  At the time, I was a newcomer to town and my chance meeting with her changed my views on dogs, and their well being for life. Natalia  has a great deal of knowledge and wisdom regarding pet nutrition!  She totally educated me on the value of a grain free and/or raw food diet for my Poms.  From the raw chicken neck bones to the oxtails and the Orijen kibble, my dogs remained in excellent health with much longer and healthier lives than expected.  My dogs...all very picky when it comes to their kibble were given free samples and chose their own which saved me a lot of money, and I didn't have to feel bad about wasting food.  Gizmo is still with me and will be 13 in June.  Based on her spunk and high level of activity and agility when playing fetch ,,,incessantly... no one can tell she is 13.   Natalia is also very active in the community. At one time (and possibly still) serving as a driver/ guide to guests and newcomers as well as soap maker of the most lovely local soaps I have encountered!  When I return to The Springs, I will definitely come see you, Natalia!  Thank you again!

really like this store, great products and good prices. The owner Natalie is very friendly and knowledgeable and shopping here has always been quick, easy and convienent. I have been here for years and would recommend this store to anyone looking for excellent pet food and great service for their beloved pets.

Thank you Natalia and Pet Health Store for being part of our dogs' care team. Great food for the dogs, great advice on remedies for little health issues and very reasonable prices. Oh and wonderful homemade soaps!

The Pet Health Store is so much more than just a place where I buy animals food. Natalia is very knowledgeable about how to not only feed my pets healthier but I learned so much for my own well-being. I never feel like I am 'number' or rushed. THANK YOU!!!

Being new to the area, I was looking for a replacement for our previous local pet health store. I hoped to hit a home run with Healthy Products Colorado.

Strike one: the store doesn't open until noon, and is only open 4 days a week.
Strike two: the owner doesn't stock my dog's brand of NutriSource food.
Strike three: rather than helping me find what my dog needs, the owner insisted it's a terrible food, she's never sold a bag of it in 6 years (obvious, since she doesn't stock it), and I needed to switch my dog to Acana or Orijen right away.

To top off my experience, the owner's aging computer would not allow her to look up a price, place a special order, or run a credit card purchase. I did buy a bag of Fromms (cash only, of course), and did not get a receipt, any samples, or a bag to carry my purchase to the car, though my hands were clearly full already.

So I've called around, and Pet Pantry will be my store of choice. They have both my dog's brands of food in stock, are open 7 days a week, and have a friendly staff who don't give their customers attitude.
