This Petco probably has a collection of the least intelligent employees in retail, or maybe they just don't care, in which case it would be the manager's fault. It took me 15 min to find an associate (&it's a small store, too) to ask a question. I found one walking and asked if she could help me (didn't even say why yet) and they simply replied 'nope' and kept walking. I think that was the only person working that day, too. Now I get more for my money with online retailers and save the frustration.

Accessibility - Selection - Staff - Etc 
Excellent store, very large and offers a wide variety of pet products including a range of foods from frozen to dry, clothing, toys, treats, travel and housing needs, as well as hygiene and grooming items. Perfect accessibility with automatic doors and wide aisles, easily accommodating wheelchairs and strollers. Staff are friendly and readily on hand every time, have gone above and beyond to offer customer service in the past for us. A selection of live animals is also on site that includes aquatic, rodent, reptile, amphibian, arachnoid, and avian. Call ahead to be sure of availability of live animals in particular as there are relatively frequently specific types out of stock.

Hopefully, some read this email this email. I'm was sad when I heard that your closing the store in Cambridge since I buy most of my cat, dog and fish supplies. Then, I became annoyed, pissed off, irritated and angry about the decision to why you are closing this store. I'm happy that the, "ban of sales of animals (small/lg mammals) pass. What got me more irritated is the concern that you guys have about the lack of use of those area and it wont be profitable. Instead of using that as a downer, why wont you turn that around and make it a positive (like Petsmart). Let a non-profit rescue group use that area or at least a small part of it to help get animals adopted. Not only that but it will create more traffic and give yourself a pat in the back, let your marketing/sales department do their job, get their asses of the chair and get their brain to start working, is that the reason why they make big bucks?! I am PRO on the decision and thank you for giving me the email so I can email them of the good decision by passing this Ban.

I gave you guys 3 stars because of the great customer service that people work in this stores. Unfortunately, you made decision to make this Ban into a negative than a positive.

Limited parking. Going out of business soon. The only place I can get worms for my best friend's chameleon. Now they say they'll have them... but in Medford.

Handles all my pet needs. I own two fish tanks and a turtle/fish tank. They were very helpful in helping a amateur like myself have a  successful outcome
