I was at PetSmart Yesterday. And, we were Buying Dog food. And, had a Gentleman named Mason Ring us up. And, Mason was so Pleasant. He had a Great Attitude. And, that is what Made the Experience of going to PetSmart a good one. I will Definitely come back to this store.

Mia is great employee here! She was so knowledgeable about Betta  fish. I was a little apprehensive about getting one and she made me feel so much better telling me her story about her fish. She even helped me with which items to purchase. She’s a valuable employee!

VERY POOR EXPERIENCE WITH GROOMING OF PET 2/7/18: Took my dog in for a haircut and wash with Claudia. I presented an 8x10 photo of how I wanted my dog groomed and reviewed it with her extensively when dropping my dog off at 8 am.  I purposely set my dog as the first appointment of the day so she would not have to be in the groomer for too long given they may get behind throughout the day.  When I went to pick her up at noon, she had a completely different haircut than what I had requested and it looked nothing like the photo I left the groomer with earlier that morning. I was stunned how she didn't do the cut in anyway as I had requested. When I noted this to the groomer, she was aggressive and argued that it was fine. The groomer offered no apology or attempt to make it right on her own and in fact was argumentative. I insisted that it be corrected and she said she would but I needed to leave my dog and come back later - or make another appointment on a different day. Unfortunately I had already paid for the grooming ($87) or I would have left with my dog immediately.    My dog does not enjoy being crated so I was hesitant but ultimately left her so the groomer could make it right. We returned 4 hours later and the groomer had not even touched my dog since I left. She was simply left in a crate for another 4 hours.  This time I said I would wait while she was shaved and I could watch.  While I waited, the other groomers said "well, it is hard to get it right the first time we groom" and I noted this wasn't the first time Claudia had groomed my dog. In fact, the first time I had this issue also which is why I brought in a specific photo of my dog with a good grooming (done in another location) to assist.  The other groomers were clearly standing up for their colleague  (and discussing us in the background) although they had no idea what was going on as they are not there in the morning when I dropped off my dog with a photo and very specific instructions.  None of the groomers took a concerned attitude or approached us in a collaborative way. At this point, it was 5 pm and my dog had been in the groomers ALL DAY.  I had been back and forth from work to the groomers now 3x and was horrified at my dog's haircut and the time I had spent with this issue.  Finally at 5 pm, Claudia shaved my dog down (she is a Wheaten Terrier) and we called it done. It was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.  It was not the bad haircut that was difficult to accept but the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and ANTAGONISTIC ATTITUDE in the grooming salon that has inspired me to write this review.  I would not consider taking my dog back to this groomer nor would I recommend this petsmart to a colleague unless they are looking for an exercise in frustration.

I'm normally not a fan of Petsmart, but this is probably the only one that seems to have it together. My wife and I go to Banfield there, grooming there, and of course buying the dog treats and food, and it is always a very pleasant experience. Everyone is sweet, helpful, and knowledgeable. Dani the trainer is unbelievable, you need to talk to her if you catch her. Franny the groomer, best of the best.
