Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Always greeted with a smile and asked if I need any help. Very clean and organized store. We are here at least once a week and never had any issues but pleasant experiences. When the 1st opened my daughter fell in love with a chameleon. We were leaving on vacation the following day. They let me pay for him and kept him a whole week before returning. Thought that was really nice. Keep up the good job guys!😁

Super nice employees and super clean spot free place too. Can't say much about the prices as I have nothing to compare it too. I give it 2 stars because of the terrible conditions the animals are in. They usually have cats, Henry was the name of the one I saw when I went in; he looked very weak and extremely sad. The chinchilla was an adult and was in such a tight container it was tragic. The rest weren't much better honestly.

I really like the shop. However I give it 1 star only because of one rude staff member. I'm not sure if she was told to follow every customer to every aisle they go to, but Everytime I moved, there she was watching and I saw plenty of other customers also in the store but she only followed me. And yes I am a darker Hispanic, and yes the other customers were white. She was very rude and pretended to check inventory close to were I was at. Went to register to pay, pulled out my wallet and literally saw this woman lean over slightly and look into my wallet. Ask about the customer card and she said they don't have one. Huh. Funny because my friend recommended this pet supplies store and he got a card. He's white. She is a chubby, medium height girl with short hair and she is white. I know this store will never respond to my review, However I just want to say, hunny, your yearly salary couldn't even purchase half of my car. And your hourly wage , isn't even a speck in my wallet. Before you judge me, before you are rude to others of my complexion, look at who you are. Shame on you for hiring this mediocre employee. My first one bad experience, ruined my chances of returning when I'm in town.

Half the size of the big brand stores, but a more personal feel. They have a self service pet bath room that it super simple to use as the soap/conditioner selection or the simply rinse selection is just a turn of a single knob. So no shampoo bottle fight. Also the temperature is regulated so no to hot/to cold worries there. There are two stainless tubs to choose from, a higher tub with a ramp and another tub at floor level for the really big dogs. Towels and driers, too. Cheaper than your dog shampoo, particularly eg medicated or specialty shampoos. Super easy to use. Dog food variety and prices more than competitive. Overall easy nice place.

Went in to look around and was pleased with what I saw. Loved the wash stations.
