Friendly staff-young man at the register welcomes you to a highly inventoried larger than usual store with great sales pricing and store is kept very clean and organized-ive been to all the PetSmart locations in the area over the years and you can tell which managers care about the presentation more than others like a bad experience I had at the chino hills location which had terrible customer service and the manager which is supposed to set and lead by example failed miserably and I can see shell probably not be doing that position for very much longer due to attitude and lack of talent and skills and it was all over about a $10 return/exchange. Very sad and don't see above authorities of hers keeping her very long. As for this location outstanding stellar friendly store I'm sure is getting the benefits that comes with that professionalism!!!

I found the store clean and the staff friendly. I don't think I would have big windows in the grooming department. If anyone saw the groomers working in the two dogs I saw they would NEVER bring their dogs in to have their dogs groomed there. THE way they handled those two dogs, in my opinion, well, It was ABUSIVE! Next time you're in the store take a minute or 5 minutes walk to the back have a look. BTW I'M not a groomer just someone who hates to see dogs yipe and squirm in pain.

What counts is that my chihuahua Ringo loves this place. The establishment is clean and the people that work there, are very nice and personable!!! ❤️

The customer service rep was so wonderful to work with I had questions dealing with my cats and they were very very helpful I really appreciate their work the store was very clean everybody working there was so kind and nice

I take my dog for a bath at the Groomer. They are always caring and do a great job.
